During 2023, my husband and I purchased our Island Retreat in Puerto Rico. Our dream was to create a space for us to relax and make memories with our little one. When we are not at the home, we wanted to welcome guests to enjoy the house and hope they make cherished memories as well. Jumping into an investment like this was quite frankly, nerve wracking. There were so many things we needed to purchase that we just didn't think about before deciding to go into the vacation rental business. During the whole process of getting the home ready, we did our due diligence and read up on other vacation rentals reviews to make sure we included things our guests would expect. Bedroom
